Food and service was good. Take out only from what I recall. It does the job if you're craving Thai food and I believe the only one in the Eastside Costa Mesa area. I just think it's a little expensive for what it is and for the amount but this area is so popular that I'm sure their rent and expenses is a lot.
We really like this Thai restaurant and have been coming here for years for both dine-in and take out. Most recently, we ordered the pad thai, red curry with chicken, eggplant with beef and ground chicken and basil (ka pao). We appreciate that they make their dishes spicy and flavorful like ka pao and the eggplant with beef. Their beef is also tender and delicious. Their pad thai is ok, but their noodles are a bit choppy and not chewy as other pad thai's I've had. Their red curry is also yummy, but has a more watery consistency versus a thicker soup that I'm used to. We've tried many of the other dishes and they are all pretty good. Food can take a long time to come out, but we don't mind because it's a mom and pop type restaurant so the owners make their food fresh. The restaurant has a casual ambiance and it's a good place to grab a quick bite if you're looking for a tasty meal for a good price. We will certainly come back again.
Our go-to hole in the wall spot for takeout Thai! Have tried their pad see ew and basil chicken. Good portions and decent prices, but wish the service/prep time was a little faster - only one cook (which makes this understandable!) so make sure to plan ahead if you go in-person or order for pickup.
